Pros

They have an amazing training program that makes it so that you do not feel pressured to produce right off the bat. The Managers have all worked on the sales floor. So, they truly understand how the business works, and how best to help you when you need it. In addition all of the top producers are open to helping you out, and showing you what works best for them. You are encouraged to sell the way that feels most comfortable to you, and they promote creativity and exploration. When it comes to the pay the commission structure is very obtainable and fair. There is a lot of opportunity to make solid money here. In addition, the spiffs that they run are actually good and something worth putting in the effort for. The last Major pro is that if you get off work at 3:30 so you can beat the majority of the traffic here in San Diego.

Cons

There are a lot of products to learn, and it can be a bit confusing at first. It is not an open floor concept and you work in cubicles (they are bigger than the normal ones. So, you don't feel claustrophobic but you are also not isolated). Mainly cold calling agents. You will get actual hot leads once you have been with the company. However, you primarily cold call.

Pros

-“Uncapped” commissions and a legit opportunity to make six figures if you’re a grinder (2-3 reps are hitting that out of the whole company) most reps are probably in the 50-70k range -Managers who care about your success -Great training (you have 6 months to hit a very easy quota) - Guarateed $3,000 bonus over the first 3 months to get you going -Upbeat office environment -Great hours of 7am-3:30pm

Cons

-A heavy amount of cold outbound dials (not necessarily a con) -A negative reputation in the industry for having an inferior product -Newer reps can’t sell all the products available -High turnover.. they never stop hiring

Thanks for this 4-star-review. While we're proud of our nearly 30-year-history of helping real estate professionals grow their business, we recognize that we need to constantly enhance our product offering. We've spent the last year making significant upgrades and those are paying off for our customers. This process is continual for us. Thanks again for the feedback!

I'm certainly concerned to read this review. As you know, we have an open door policy. At any time, employees are empowered to share feedback or concerns with any manager, including our company President. I'd ask that you reach out to me so we can dig deeper here. Thanks!
