      Pros

      Homes.com had a great work environment: positive, encouraging and also fun. The compensation was great, with the commission structure that they had offered at the time. Would recommend.

      Pros

      Homes.com has a wonderful company environment. Everyone is super nice and willing to go out of their way to help if they're able. I've worked a handful of jobs in the past, and must say that the environment here is by far the best and outshines any others I've experienced before!

      Cons

      There aren't a ton of cons, I'd say the biggest one is probably pay as I'd love to be able to make more. Though this could always change, it seems their pay is slightly lower than the average for other similar positions.

      Pros

      The teams were highly qualified and had a very clear direction for thow code is to be designed. It's desined very well and spin up speed is very quick.

      Cons

      None. It was quite nice to work there. Sometimes there was a shortage of work.
