      A Team of Managers, Supervisors and Mentors That Truly Care

      Pros: - A 3 month training process of realistic/live training to ensure you have all the tools you need succeed, where every manager and mentor is ready to answer any question you have and help you every step of the way - A TRUE open door policy. No mentor or manager is too busy to help you out - Rewarding commission structure - Weekly spiffs, rewards and bonuses just for doing your job

      Cons

      I've always knew Sales was a great career choice due to most having an uncapped potential of commission. So, the only "con" I have is that I didn't start with Homes.com sooner.

      Probably one of the coolest companies you could work for by far

      Pros

      Seriously the company culture is so wholesome and positive you would not believe me even If I could put it into words that did it justice. Incredibly supportive managers and peers who are always willing to help, and brainstorm ideas so you can maximize your capabilities. An executive branch that is in touch with and even available to their employees even during a pandemic. Overall this is a great example of a how productive and fun a company can be when people care about their employees and when employees care about where they work.

      Cons

      So I suppose that would be the cold calling. That said there are many support systems in place to turn even that into a positive.
