Pros

Team members are very helpful, intelligent and look out for each other. ... Other than that, there are no pros.

Cons

Management does not respect employees, they believe that family comes last. Employees are underpaid, false promises were made, a lot of privilege going on and management threatened employees jobs numerous times. New work from home policy comes with 1,000 restrictions. Privileged people are allowed to wfh overseas but not someone who lives 15 minutes away with a sick child/family coming in from out of town... “it’s a distraction.”

Pros

Nothing great about it. There is no teamwork between other teams. Waste of time!

Cons

We work hard, try to make money for the company. But I see other teams not doing a lot. No innovation, no new products coming out. I see IT most of the time doing nothing!

Pros

Good culture, good management, good support. Work day goes by quickly. The day is broken into 4 quarters with breaks and lunch. You're given freedom in making your sales calls. You have the opportunity to perform well and earn more.

Cons

Pay: Salary could be a little higher. Lead distribution system could be changed a bit. Two weeks vacation would be better, or at least in your second year. As in any other advertising, some clients don't do well and don't get a good ROI.
