Pros

Decent pay - 14.43 plus bonuses. Good insurance. Good benefits.

Cons

Cold-calling all day. And best leads went to who the managers favored.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. I have to admit I'm pretty bummed to read it as we are very transparent during the recruiting and hiring process about what our inside sales role entails. While we do provide leads to our salespeople, there is a good amount of cold-calling required. I'm sorry that this position didn't work out and I wish you the best.

Pros

Great hours. In at 7am, out by 3:30pm. Compensation plan that pays commensurately to amount of effort put in. Generous spiffs, such as trips to Big Bear, Vegas, Amazon gift cards, etc. Minimal micro-management. Freedom to manage your own approach Great Sales support Team work environment

Cons

Having to zone out of loud co-workers, if that's an issue for you. Can get really cold in the office, bring a sweater.

Pros

I've been working with Homes.com for over a year now. I really enjoy it, never a dull moment and the days fly by. The culture is great: corporate yet casual. Management is very good. There's always a manager available for assisting and solving situations, as well as giving feedback when sought. The training was solid, then they let you fly getting right on the phones, with assistance if necessary of course. Pay is ok, with commissions, bonuses and spifs the potential is there for doing much better on income. I recommend Homes.com for anybody at any stage in their career.

Cons

Not many cons. The salary is not too high, but making up for it with commissions is very posssible. You've got to produce great revenue in order to get the quality leads, but that's fair because you can earn it
