Pros

Not much pros if any at all. Maybe pros are that you do get benefits.

Cons

Hiring practices are deceptive. You are told things during the hiring process that are not true, basically they sell you. I was interviewed by the "training manager" and she made it sound like I will get so much money. Then when you start the training manager only paid attention to people she liked. After that I moved to a another manager and worked late hours where there was no activity. Unable to get a hold of anyone after 3:30. The managers were not very helpful. There were two managers out of the four that managed the more advanced people and they didn't give anyone the time of day. Overall a bad experience and deceptive hiring practices and sales practices. It is a grind.

Thank you for the feedback. We, too, realized that the later shift was tough for folks so we have done away with it. As far as management attention to account executives, we also realize that its a challenge for our managers to give each of our account executives as much time as he or she would like. Since your time with us, we have added an additional manager to the team further expanding our capacity and the time each manager can spend coaching his/her teams. Earnings for our sales teams are uncapped so our goal is to invest in each of our account executives so that they can maximize their own earnings while helping real estate professionals get the tools they need to grow their own businesses.
