EVERYTHING!! I don't even know where to begin. From the hands on training to the supportive management, homes.com was hands down the best company I've worked for. The training is interactive and extremely helpful. Once done with training, the managers are there for you the entire time. They do whatever they can to make sure you succeed. Your success is their main priority. I never worked for a company who invests so much time to make sure their employees are successful in every aspect, inside and outside of work. They never gave up on me when I was struggling. Instead, they worked with me to improve on my flaws. They conduct interactive training's every week with new and fun ways to do our job. If you are looking for a fun job environment where you can get along with your managers and co-workers but also have the opportunity to make lots of cash, homes.com is the job for you.

The people here are awesome. Literally laugh all day with the people in the office but the focus on making money and selling the product is still there. I used to go door to door. This beats that by 1000x. Love what I'm doing. Plus you get off at 330
