We've decided, at least for now, that the way to service our many customers most efficiently is through a collaborative office atmosphere. That said, we will continue to consider this. The company is a work in progress, there are a lot of internal processes that could be improved upon. There should be an established training program for all new hires to learn about the company.

The company is, indeed, a work in progress and that is a good thing. We are growing. We are investing and as a digital business, we must remain nimble and fast-moving to capture and stay ahead of our opportunities. That said, we do acknowledge that more work can be done in the areas of training and development. Several recent steps have been taken on this front. We've gathered ideas and feedback from a variety of stakeholders and we've set a plan in motion to improve our onboarding training for sales representatives. We've also aligned all of our training and development resources across our sales and service teams to ensure consistency and to increase bandwidth. Thank you for pointing out this opportunity for improvement and thanks for all you do! We're excited about the future.
