      Great talent across departments - great atmosphere

      Pros

      From the management, marketing, ops, sales- everyone in the office is great at their roles and work together. Makes for a great client experience and easy to get referrals.

      Cons

      Name recognition right now. Making a name for ourselves in the local market but outside those markets sometimes clients don't know us yet. To be expected since we are a year old, but hope to get more branding.

      Pros

      Work hard, play hard atmosphere. The hierarchy of moving up in the company is structured in a beneficial way, with formal and informal training. Compensation is also great with a base salary plus commission.

      Cons

      Definitely need more brand awareness. Also with company growth another microwave would be nice in the kitchen area.

      Awesome people. Awesome pay! I have been with this team for a long time now and cant ask for a better career! Only job i have ever had where I am excited to go to work!

      401k match is a little low.
