Pros

One of the best reasons to work here is the management. They are very transparent and want to make sure people excel in their careers. They always look for how to improve your goals, and find ways to make sure that is possible.

Cons

Sometimes working late, but in the end it's completely worth it.

Pros

Truly a team oriented environment. I feel as though I am part of a company where everyone has a passion to move forward with the whole gang on the bus. Daily training supports this forward moving mindset. Access to basic office amenities like coffee, condiments, and utensils are just one of the many small things that makes for a comforting workplace. One of the first jobs I look forward to coming into on Mondays due to the atmosphere and upbeat attitude everyone has. Homeside does a great job recognizing every individual's effort that exceeds the standards in their respective role - hard work doesn't get overlooked! Huge opportunity for vertical and horizontal mobility within the company

Cons

Not the best place for quiet individuals due to the buzzing atmosphere and fast pace, but it hardly hinders anyone's opportunity to succeed due to the support you have from management. You have goals to hit for your own benefit, so it's important to be an individual who handles stress or pressure well and sees it as an opportunity and not a failure.

Pros

Great atmosphere and great people. Makes coming to work everyday a joy instead of a chore. Management is great with teaching and pushing account managers to be their very best

Cons

Velocify dialer system can be a hassle and pain at times. also noise cancelers should be placed in the account manager section of the office, not just the loan officer side
