      Pros

      Homeside is an awesome place to work. The atmosphere is very professional but fun at the same time. Everyone has the same goal to help the company grow and make it a better place to work. The leadership at the company really knows what they are doing and are committed to making it the best place to work in Columbus. The compensation is very competitive and the leads provided are excellent. The transition and on boarding process is handled very well and makes starting at a new company very easy.

      Cons

      With any new company, the branding of the company needs to improve. This is a main focus of the company for 2015 and beyond. The 401k match could also be a little better, but this will improve as the company grows in the future

      Pros

      Positive/ energetic atmosphere, plenty of opportunity, incredible bonus opportunity, surrounded with top producers, phenomenal operations and support team, horizontal totem pole aspect to management. We have a lot of fun every day and we make a difference with all of our customers.

      Cons

      I wish they contributed a bit more to the 401K.

      This company has a ton of young professionals that are eager to learn and make money. I have never worked for a more positive and fun group of people and it's probably because everyone is making money and working hard. I would recommend this company to everyone. It is growing fast!
