I love working here. Homeside encourages their employees to excel in what they do. The hours can be somewhat flexible allowing for a healthy work and family balance. Homeside believes that with great work, comes great reward. I have reaped the benefits of those rewards and continue to be inspired by the wonderful people around me.

Being an account manager here at Homeside, I found that the company is excellent at hiring employees that fit the culture of the company extremely well. The group I work with are all like brothers in the sense that going to work does not feel like going to work. Everyone at the company is extremely friendly and the amount activities outside of work are limitless (happy hours, field days). There are competitions in the office nearly daily, which definitely increases productivity, effort and drives work comaraderie. Great pay, and the best first job I could have asked for.

Cons

Working till 6 is rough, but starting at 9 is really nice.

The environment at Homeside is infectious. Homeside employs the best people for the jobs that they offer. They want everyone to be successful. I have worked for several larger banks and never received any training. Thats not the case at Homeside. I received training and a mentor. Things like that go a long way.
