      Pros

      Underwriters are in the office and willing to work with us to get the files cleared to close. It is a team environment. Management will listen when you have a suggestion on how to improve the process flow.

      Cons

      It's still a new company so we are working towards perfecting the process, but like I said above the management is always willing to try new things to improve.

      Very young and fun atmosphere. Everyone is self motivated and driven to succeed individually and corporately. New ideas are sprung everyday with the bright minds that work here. This company will change the mortgage industry as we know it

      Cons

      New Company, so there are some growing pains, but they get worked out quickly!

      Pros

      We focus on customer service internally as well as directly with our customer to deliver an extraordinary experience. We strive to ensure that all settlement occur on time as expected. We have very seasoned staff with vast product knowledge and are able to offer a wide variety of products.

      Cons

      The only con is that we have outgrown our current space, which is not really a con, it means that we have been successful in our growth and our new, larger space can't come soon enough. Very exciting.
