      Pros

      1. Constant on the job training and coaching provided. 2. High energy environment that promotes and encourages innovation and creativity. 3. Friendly and engaging associates make it a fun place to work.

      Cons

      I have been hard pressed to find a single thing that I would say is a drawback to this company. A friend of mine has tried for 2 years to get me to come over to Homeside. My only regret is that I didn't listen to her sooner!

      Pros

      Great support, newer company - room for opportunity, Help gear you down the best career path, young relaxed environment, constantly teaching and learning, and great location in Columbus, OH. Rewards for performance - the numbers are not difficult to hit bonus and gives you something to shoot for and motivate.

      Cons

      This role can be tough making phone calls throughout the day. You only get about 10-25 solid leads per day out of 200-300+ phone calls. You just need to grind through and find that person who is looking for a deal.

      Pros

      Homeside's two biggest positive aspects are it's flexible organizational structure and it's laid back culture. At Homeside, you can truly be anything you want to be, in a reasonably short amount of time, if you work hard enough. Secondly, the atmosphere is young, friendly, laid-back, and contemporary without overlooking professional needs.

      Cons

      Not one, so far at least!
