Pros

-Stimulating environment -GREAT people to work with -Very fun and professional culture -Company recognizes talent and moves you both vertically and laterally in the company -The whole team is in house! This makes communication with each other very easy

Cons

-I'm glad I'm doing a review of the cons now. There have been a lot of exciting changes in the company these past few months that have essentially erased any reserves I had previously about the company -I think sometimes they put a lot of pressure on the operations team and work them hard, However some new employees have been added recently which should ease the stress

Pros

Competitive but very collaborative environment. Amazing training--if you're a newcomer to the industry, Homeside will get you licensed and teach you everything you need to know about the mortgages and their own unique process. Excellent management and fun work environment with the potential to make a great income!

Cons

I honestly can't think of any cons. Sometimes when it's really nice out, I wish I could be outside--maybe go on a bike ride or something, but these are the occasional sacrifices that a working professional must make. They'll ask you for 40 hours a week, but you might find yourself averaging more like 45 cause sales is addictive.

Been in the mortgage business 20 yrs, and best place I've worked!!

Pros

Management listens! They genuinely seem to get that happier teammates (their word) who have their voice heard creates better results. Focus is on customer experience, and the Zillow reviews I've read show it's working. Diversified marketing puts me at ease that they are not a one trick pony and are able to adapt as the market changes.

Cons

Have not experienced any cons.
