      Pros

      Ranked a best place to work by Columbus Business First and The Washington Business Journal, Homeside lives up to that title by having a very open and inviting environment and top leadership that leaves their titles at the door and truly cares about growing your career. The salary and benefits are great, packaged with great office locations nationwide, and an awesome (fun) team of people. I feel like I have endless opportunity with a company that is still in the growing stages and that management will truly listen to my opinions and we can put my ideas into practice.

      Cons

      Along with it being a growing company comes the typical challenges of a young business, and management is always open to ideas on process improvement and operational improvement.

      I have been with Homeside since day one and I am so proud of what this company stands for. Not only does every employee have a say in the future of Homeside, we all care about the future of this company. We believe in providing a healthy, fun competitive environment where people are empowered to be their best. We believe in growing our own and promoting from within. Our platform and signature products set us apart from our competitors. The high care factor and family atmosphere make coming to work everyday a positive experience!

      Pros

      They have exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The training and support has been simply awesome! My manager has worked with my closely to help me get off to a strong start. The leads are really good, they company provides them and there are more than we can handle in fact the only time I ever see management get frustrated is when we are missing leads which happens because we cant keep up. I enjoy coming to work, and the people I work with are fun people. Its an enjoyable place to work with the opportunity to make a good income. I cant ask for much more than that!

      Cons

      There are a few, nothing major. The computer software we use to take leads has a lot of technical issues and causes us to miss/drop leads sometimes which can be frustrating. I was told they are working on this, but it still seems to be an issue currently. Benefits just got a little more expensive. Office is growing quickly and getting full, the fridge has no room and there are not enough seats in the kitchen for everyone to eat lunch. That's it.
