      I have been in the mortgage industry for a long time. This is the best company I have worked for. Great energy. The management cares about their employees.

      Pros

      Great place to work. There are plenty opportunities for growth within the company, and a clear career path. The environment is awesome, and the staff is very knowledgeable. Even if you do not know much about the business, they are happy to teach you everything from square one.

      Cons

      It can be very fast paced, with alot of noise and activity. Not a place for a passive individual. There are alot of goals to hit, but they work very close with you to enhance your abilities to hit them.
