      Pros

      Homeside's two biggest positive aspects are it's flexible organizational structure and it's laid back culture. At Homeside, you can truly be anything you want to be, in a reasonably short amount of time, if you work hard enough. Secondly, the atmosphere is young, friendly, laid-back, and contemporary without overlooking professional needs.

      Pros

      When I first interviewed I didn't know much about the company its self and was a little apprehensive. As soon as I walked in and met the people I know this is a awesome place that's starting up, and I wanted to be a part of it. Management are all about helping you grow and fit you in to a position that works for you.

      That I didn't leave my other job sooner to start here...
