Pros

Lots of work, never boring, fantastic access to all the major mortgage lenders who all think well of the company

Cons

Often feels like a long established start-up, lots of work sometimes is too much work and too few people. You have to be a jack of all trades and just get on with it.

Pros

Solving complex problems in cool ways Hugely personal growth oriented company Reimagining financial services and data sales technologies with new technology Great opportunities to impact and influence an entire company

Cons

Lots of legacy software that needs overhauling, and while the opportunities exist to do so, it takes time and effort to accomplish these things Still learning how to make the changes we need to

Pros

An industry leader with an ambitious growth plan. Autonomy to do your best work. Great range of benefits. A really talented bunch of colleagues.

Cons

Our ambition is such that we struggle to deliver everything we want to develop. Expectations are not always grounded in reality.
