Pros

-Family company, friendly employees co-workers, multiple instances of employees that have existing relationships (father/son, sisters, mother/daughters, etc).

Cons

-Terrible benefits, management is afraid of making tough decisions to improve direction of the company, employees burdened by having multiple roles/responsibilities, overtime required, pay is uncompetitive. Company does not treat their employees well enough to keep good employees high turnover rate.
