Pros

Forced to get 20 paid holidays. Flex time schedule. Higher salary than other manufacturing companies. Serve on-the-job CATIA training for every mechanical engineer.

Cons

Forced to work without any reasonable reason like a slave. There won't be power of dream any more. Most of the engineer believe that reciprocating engine is better than electrical motor.
