Pros

The culture and people are all fantastic; I never met anyone I didn't like and made connections along the way to boot. Almost didn't leave purely because of this.

Cons

Tech work can become rote after a while and start to feel stagnant. Pressure from Paypal may be to blame.

Pros

Great culture between IC’s and direct managers. I think Honey had a unique culture centered around pushing one’s boundaries while making work super fun

Cons

Upper management is god awful. Honey used to have a great management culture but with PayPal, a wave of social-climbing managers came. They primarily care about padding their own resumes and moving onto other FAANG companies without providing any real value.
