      Honeywell TS is a great place to work if you're in Europe

      Pros

      Honeywell’s mission is to hire the best and brightest from leading universities on a global basis. Your colleagues will be driven, motivated and very good at what they do. You will participate in developing and bringing to market technologies that will change perceptions about turbo-charging and will positively impact the global footprint from an emissions perspective.

      Cons

      Honeywell is very lean in the transportation division. You will be tasked to perform duties outside of your job description on a regular basis. Turnover is higher than I have encountered in other industries. There are limited opportunities for growth within the US as headquarters has been moved to Switzerland. Honeywell has a consultant type environment in that if you’re not moving up, you’re moving out.

      Pros

      Honeywell offers reasonable compensation and benefits and yet providing a good work/life balance. Honeywell also offers a wide variety of career opportunities given the nature of being a highly diverse organization.

      Cons

      It seems my biggest challenges on a day to day basis revolve around internal issues. Unfortunately many of these issues affect our customers and the way they perceive Honeywell.

      Pros

      There is great opportunity and exposure to advance quickly. Senior Management is very knowledgable and competent. Many changes grant opportunities for the aquisition of new skills.

      Cons

      Communication can be difficult at times. Salary could be a little more competitive. The working environment can be renovated or improved.
