Pros

They offer a decent rate of pay and great benefits.

Cons

It’s dirty behind the scenes. They promote diversity and inclusions but it’s a front. You will be scrutinized, isolated, left out if you are not liked. There are very few diverse employees in a professional capacity.

Great health and dental benefits

Cons

Firm is stuck in the early 2000s, processes need to be updated, billing and accounting teams are overwhelmed and under paid. Moral is low and department management is not helpful, but loves to micromanage. Turnover is very high.
