Pros

No micro managing. Great people to work with. Perks are pretty good.

Cons

Be ready to work a lot of hours during busy season, similar to a CPA Firm. If you do not have that mindset coming in, you will be blown away.

They offer a decent rate of pay and great benefits.

Cons

It’s dirty behind the scenes. They promote diversity and inclusions but it’s a front. You will be scrutinized, isolated, left out if you are not liked. There are very few diverse employees in a professional capacity.
