Pros

Great hours and it’s work from home. Pay is good starting out. Pretty simple job with not a crazy amount of calls like other jobs.

Cons

Schedule is all over the place and you have to work one weekend day. You either work really early in the morning or start later in the day.

We appreciate your review about working as a care professional at Honor! The service we provide is among the most humanistic and intimate work there is. Every interaction we have, decision we make, and feature we build needs to start from a place of connection. It’s the approach we’d expect for our own loved ones. So it’s how we approach caring for others. This is the right way to do business and the only way we’ll truly succeed.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience working with Honor for the past 3+ years! We appreciate your willingness to share your perspective, especially on the opportunity each of our great employees has to make a positive impact on our mission of expanding the world's capacity to care for older adults and their families. The work we do is hard and change tends to be constant as we combine high tech with high touch to create a new and better aging experience for all. Thank you for being part of our team.
