Honor is a great place to build engineering skills while contributing to a good mission. With the recent acquisition of Home Instead, the team will be exploding in the next year and it will be awesome seeing the transformation.

Honor is a company that cares about its employees and the elderly. It is rewarding to work for such a company and alongside true thought leaders. The executives at the company are able to make smart business decisions to focus on company growth as well as their employees' personal growth. Leadership does want you to be successful and will invest in your growth.

Cons

The work can be draining at times because you are dealing with real people and it is hard not to be invested in the work or empathize with it.
