Pros

Honor has some of the brightest & best people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The company's ability to hold empathy and balance commercial business decisions in both hands is incredibly refreshing and inspiring. The people at Honor are what really make working here joy!

Cons

Honor's technology can sometimes take a backseat to it's operations and high-touch approach (which is needed) in the home care industry. But this can mean that Product roles in the business are more traditional and less tech-oriented than expected of a 'tech startup'
