PTO - major holidays are deducted from employees PTO balance and not paid for by the company. First time employees should be watching their PTO balance- especially over the holidays.

Leadership and communication at Four Peaks Medical Center are the biggest concerns. ● There is a lack of accountability when concerns are brought forward. ● The department is highly micromanaged by the director when she is onsite. ● Staff concerns are not consistently addressed. ● Noticeable turnover and open positions remaining vacant for extended periods create ongoing staffing challenges. ● Prospective employees should ask questions about staff retention, leadership style, and how concerns are handled. ● Staff are expected to float to the Florence location when needed.
