Pros

Cares about their employees! Family oriented and encourages you to spend time with your family. Made so many friends since being here. Doesn't feel like the back stabbing joints I have been at in the past. Love going to work.

Cons

There are times when you will have to work overtime, but that's most anywhere you go. The company has grown so fast they have not been able to keep up with integratin new companies they buy. Processes are still being worked on.
