Pros

I worked on my own with all the operators and office staff. Took training when necessary to update. I controlled the production area quality keeping track of quality of production in process and all quality testing equipment.

Cons

The cooperation of supervision was not there so I struggled greatly with the supervisors and it put me in a bad place having to report the supervisor(s) to the managers.

Did not get to properly train but the issue was the person was not living in the area nor could stay longer than a few days at a time.
