You will Get unlimited smoking breaks for those who smokes.

Cons

Hot af no Ac, too much overtime if you have lower seniority, no weekend premium pay, rotating long 12 hours shift, union and seniority bullsht, treat you like sh*t, poor communication, poor training for new employees
