Decent pay for hourly employees for now but i'm sure that will eventually change

Horrible communications between management and hourly employees. Non-existent HR. No recognition for hard work

I was a Maintenance Supervisor for 18 years... And field service for 10 years.... And labor 7 years.

The only pro to being employed with this company is the pay.

Cons

The stress level management forces on their employees is overwhelming. Management do not care about their employees, they only want you there. If you are sick and contagious it does not matter to management that you are producing food grade products, as long as you are their. It is so bad there that the shift supervisors lie to cover their own mistakes. And then when a supervisor refuses a drug test, he is kept on salary in the same position. No wonder the employees on the floor hate their jobs, and don't care about making the production standards.
