Cons

Not many perks outside of normal benefits. Fully remote so not many coworkers interactions.

Great work life balance. Everyone is very personable and professional. Easy to get along with and ask questions as you develop as an auditor

Cons

work is still remote due to Covid-19, not as much in person mentorship, but that is similar with other firms

Take care of them, they take care of you. They are willing to invest in you if you show interest in different things. The people are really nice, but remember dont take things personally because things can be stressful.

Cons

Tax season can be stressful so just know that going into it.
