Amazing organization to work for

Pros

Woman CEO, non-profit, 3% salary increases yearly, excellent benefits, values diversity and is culturally sensitive to all employees, many employees have 5+ year employment room for growth, $2500/year tuition reimbursement to continue education

Cons

Company growth feels like it exceeds ability at times but this is often caught up on

Dedicated direct care staff who really care about their patients and families.

Cons

Poor leadership has changed this company negatively. HR policy and practices aren’t standardized with favoritism. No accountability and blame shifting. Bullying behavior throughout entire organization. Poor work/life balance. Expected to work on days off or off hours due to their poor management. Turnover is so high.

Good company if you’re a patient or family

Pros

Excellent benefit package. I enjoyed working with my patients and their families. Overall the company has potential to be excellent if they were more professional.

Cons

CEO, Management for RN case managers, Human Resource, some employees, amongst others were very unprofessional. Company seemed welcoming at first but turned out to be a terrible place to work for. Not helpful at all, especially with new employees. Doesn’t take constructive criticism and complaints seriously. Too much drama leading to a very unpleasant and unprofessional workplace. Management and HR not helpful when coming to them with issues in the workplace. Complaints not taken seriously and ignored. Favoritism amongst employees.
