The work we do makes a huge difference in people's lives--the patient and their family I truly like everyone I work with People in this organization care about doing a great job and always think about what we can do even better The community feels strongly about the value of this organization The organization's COVID response has been excellent: prepared (as one could be), thoughtful, clear (as one could be given the ever-changing guidelines), flexible

Cons

The healthcare system in the US is fragmented and profit-driven, even in the hospice world. It's good to work for an organization that provides an excellent service and invests in its community with needed programs, like grief support.

I am having a very organized orientation. The organization wants all staff to succeed. My direct supervisor is super approachable and has her hand on the pulse. The team I am working with is awesome and all staff are so welcoming.

Cons

I don’t have a con so far.

All the trainers were great and very helpful & and gave us the right tools and information.

The floor was open for all questions I had and they answered well. They were all so helpful with our equipment.

Cons

While taking care of a patient that had just passed while I was on training and a another staff that was on duty deposited a soiled linen in the hamper in the room where we where working.
