We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. It’s fantastic to hear that the fellowship program is making a positive impact on your journey to becoming a BCBA. We recognize that providing quality, compassionate care can sometimes be accompanied by stressful circumstances. Our priority is to ensure that our team members have the support to help them through those circumstances. We have the utmost respect for the work you do and value the impact you make on children's lives. Your feedback is important and will help us improve how we operate and provide care. Thank you for all you do!

Pros

Honestly.. there weren’t many. I was an AIM employee that was part of the merger. The only pro was that they continued the fellowship program. The people I worked with and the children we serve were the only reason I stayed after the merger. The BCBAs and the clinical team were incredible!

Cons

Pay was LOW There was no way to receive pay increases if you were a level 4 RBT or a fellow. Worked with the same client for 4+ hours a day, every day of the week. Lunch breaks for techs were typically 30 minutes and most of the time they were cut short due to other techs running late. This 30 minutes was the only break of the day. Upper management hardly responds to emails, messages or questions. Upper management also speaks as if they are robots. Each one of them giving the same answers that provide no information. Currently, one of the clinics has been working with No air conditioning for a week, with no information on when it will be fixed. They cut our benefits and PTO The fellows were given an extreme amount requirements that leaked into personal time outside of work, unpaid, on top of a 40 hour work week and being in an ABA Masters program.
