Very Poor Organization, Quality, and Management
Pros
Some people at the center level care about the patients.
Cons
Hopebridge is for-profit and owed by a private equity firm (think capitalism sharks). Hopebridge has very poor quality training and clinical aba quality. Training does not exist because BCBAs have caseloads of 12-18 kids, more than twice the kids of some other aba centers. Hopebridge is full of HH Gregg employees in the most senior positions that bankrupted HH Gregg due to bad management, and are doing the same to Hopebridge; it is all about making a profit and zero quality. Covid distancing is a joke. They onboard kids to hit their for-profit numbers and place 3 kids and 3 technicians in a 10x10 room. Very few people at corporate are competent and knows anything about aba, and their decisions show it. All decision are about maximizing number of kids to make more money, even though if not for the private equity firm pumping money into the company, wanting to make a profit off of kids with autism, I doubt Hopebridge would stay open, due to poor quality and taking advantage of families that have no other option for ABA; so poor, horrible quality is all they get.
