      Welcoming working environment Proffessional colleagues Fully remote work

      Cons

      Descisions were made quickly with little regard for consequences. Poor communication between different departments making the quick changes even worse. Unfortunately I got a very dissapointing manager in terms of technical knowledge or people managment skills.

      Pros

      Cool product, chance to work with super talented people, the pay is really good and you have the chance to work from anywhere.

      Cons

      Super fast paced, which is normal for an startup but after more than 10 years in the market you would expect the company to be a bit more put together, and sometimes is quite chaotic and the communication from the leaders is not the best.
