      Pros

      - STO makes product management a dream - Amazing talent and love working with very motivated people - I love the focus on ownership. To me, what differentiates Hopper from every other company is that no one says: this is not my problem. I hate mediocrity and this is the first place I’ve worked at that has a very low tolerance for incompetence and mediocrity and I love that!

      Cons

      - we’re still figuring out diversity, particularly in engineering.
