- Good salary and benefits - Very lenient when it comes to time-offs - 8-hour shifts - Permanent work from home - Fast growth

Cons

- A lot of agents have substandard work ethics and critical-thinking skills - Dealing with coworkers is exponentially more stressful than the job itself - Constantly-changing workflows - Customer-obsession is their goal while agents' work quality is bare minimum
