      Pros

      Culturally diverse company of people from many different countries and backgrounds. Fully remote first.

      Cons

      A true bias for some positions to be allowed to work from other time zones over others. Pay for US employees is also low since it is an international company.

      Pros

      Excellent health insurance benefits. Paid PTO, Carrot Cash once in a while. Quarterly bonuses and full-time work from home.

      Cons

      Constant changes, There are no clear directions, and management changes about every 6 months. There is no job security because every few months they restructure and a big chunk of the company gets laid off. Still setting up policies, and constant last-minute changes.
