Lots of time off- got on great with team mates

Cons

Micro management at its finest- people get fired for no reason reason and get let go off without any notice whatsoever!!! 80+ agents got laid off in one day!!! In humane behavior in this day and age and knowing we are in a recession and times are hard for everyone!
