Pros
Some of my coworkers were nice.
Cons
Where to start. Pay is below average. Company doesn't care about employees. The "training" i recieved was a joke. I was basically thrown behind the line and expected to catch on even though it was my first bank job. At first my coworkers were not very nice to me except for 1 or 2 so it felt very lonely. When you ask questions people would get annoyed that you didn't know it so I felt like I was not able to ask anything. Referral goals were annoying since we had a slow location. The hours were HORRIBLE. mon-thur 8-5 fri 8-6 and sat 8-12. Most days I had to be there at 7:15 as we opened our drive thru at 7:30. Most banks don't open till 9 so I don't know why our hours were so bad. The customers at this location were mostly older people so they were not very friendly towards new faces or any policy changes so they would often get mad with you when the bank made a new policy. The management was basically nonexistent.
