Business Outlook
Pros
Paid vacations, sick time, annual dinner, quarterly dinners with smaller parts of the company. You really get to know your coworkers well.
Cons
Changing policies on how they give raises to new employees, which left some employees really upset. If you are a hard worker, they will take advantage of you, but you receive the same rewards as people who come to work and do the bare minimum. Extra responsibility does not translate to extra pay, unless a position happens to open up somewhere else.
