Pros

Great benefits, some very nice people

Cons

A lot of drama among upper management. Poor/very poor communication from management. Little opportunity for upward mobility. Promises often not kept. Pretty bad covid procedures and preventative measures.

Horizon is a growing bank, with a good mix of long time and new faces. Competent professional atmosphere.

Cons

Conservative culture. That is not necessarily a negative if you are comfortable with it but not for everyone.

they give a lot of PTO, even to new employees, respect for personal responsibilities, empathetic, good leadership,

lacking in training and updated/in depth SOPs, lots of reassignment of duties, lack of clarity when multiple leaders are involved, drama in the workplace
