- Communication and transparency from leadership is consistent & thorough - Everyone across all departments has a "can do" attitude and are always willing to help - Benefits are fantastic

Cons

I had to think hard to find a con, practically every aspect has been positive. But since this is a Cybersecurity company, the SecOps policies are stricter than I'm used to which has required me to compromise on a couple of applications I would like to use for my tasks. However, it bears repeating: we are a CYBERSECURITY company, so the level of cautiousness is completely understandable and I've found alternative apps to complete my work.
