Pros

Lots of transparency from leadership. There's a real focus on getting the right people in the door to execute, and you definitely feel that when working on different projects. The product is fantastic, the customers are engaged, and our benefits reflect that.

Cons

Like all startups, we have to be nimble, and that can come with fire drills and mismatched expectations. That said, I've personally seen a lot of positive progress here.
