Clear expectations set during onboarding. Excellent PC hardware provided. Offer vesting/option on hire (4 year to fully vested). Enthusiastic leadership with very promising financial momentum and growth.

Cons

Lengthy PC set up, more so than previous companies (patching, installs, etc.)

Hands down, best company culture I've ever been a part of! Employees are excited to be here and that's because everyone is empowered to make a difference at Horizon3. This is important, and needed, given the company's rapid growth! Our culture and people - definitely a huge asset for us!!!

Cons

Maybe a little too much use of Slack, but the company is putting in great tools (Glean) to help make absorbing information as efficient as possible.
