Thank you for the feedback! We hear your feedback that want us to add 401k matching to our total rewards program. We continue to evaluate when the right time to add 401k matching to our compensation program is and will update the company once we're able to make that investment. Most companies at our stage do not have a 401k match, but we know it is important and we're hopeful that we'll be able to offer it in the future. This year, we focused on improving two other critical pieces of total rewards: benefits (delivering higher premium coverage and new plan options) and cash and equity compensation to put more dollars in our team's pockets (increasing our salary and equity benchmarks, and awarding more cash and equity increases to our team).

Toxic work environment and no enablement/support. I wish I had done more due diligence prior to joining.

Thank you for the feedback and sharing your experience. We are sorry that you had this experience at H3 and do not want anyone to feel like they work in a toxic environment. That is not the environment that we aim to cultivate and support. This year we have made a series of meaningful investments to better support our sales team including new leadership in RevOps, Training & Enablement, and an HRBP to support our managers. We are excited about the new onboarding and training programs that we have in place and have heard great feedback about them from our sales team.

Pros

Definitely some good people/employees whom will help you with your day-to-day work activities/projects when needed, for the most part. Work/life balance regarding time off when needed is good, no issues there. The technology is sufficient in order to be competitive, 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Cons

Unfortunately, the management in many departments have proven to be ineffective, lacking the ability to address and rectify toxic culture issues. They take being an "at-will" employee to the highest level, meaning at a drop of a pin you could be terminated. Also, communication breakdowns and a lack of transparency from leadership leaves employees feeling unsupported and undervalued. One of the most glaring issues is the absence of a viable career path for employees seeking growth and development within the company.

Thank you for the feedback. We recognized that we had improvements to make in some of the areas that you referenced and are excited about the changes that we have made this year. Over the past year, we have brought in new leadership across many departments including sales, sales engineering, SDRs, product, engineering, and legal. We have also completely rebuilt our people function to best support our employees and leadership at all levels, in order to build a thriving and supportive culture. We have also improved our communication across the company, including restructuring our company all hands meetings and leadership communication.
